Rental Agreement - Rent Rides AU

1. Parties

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Rent Rides AU ("Owner") and the individual signing this agreement ("Renter").

2. The Vehicle

Owner agrees to rent to Renter the vehicle described in the booking confirmation. Renter acknowledges that the Vehicle is the property of Owner and that Renter has no right, title, or interest in the Vehicle other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Rental Period

The rental period shall commence on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation and shall terminate on the specified return date and time. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing by the Owner.

4. Renter's Responsibilities

The Renter agrees to the following:

To return the Vehicle in the same condition as it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
To not use the Vehicle for any illegal purpose.
To not allow any person other than the authorized driver(s) listed in this Agreement to operate the Vehicle.
To pay for all fuel consumed during the rental period.
